Qatar is Ready for FIFA World Cup 2022
Less than ONE year from now Qatar will host the FIFA World Cup 2022. The question that might come to everybody’s mind is as below
Is Qatar Ready for FIFA World Cup 2022?
Qatar is indeed ready to host the FIFA World Cup 2022 as the stadiums are all set and other preparations are well studied and prepared.
Recently in Qatar the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 is going on where a total of 16 countries are playing and this somehow like a heads up for Qatar to be fully prepared for the FIFA World Cup 2022.
The FIFA Arab Cup 2021 matches has utilized all of the stadiums except Lusail Stadium, which will host the FIFA World Cup 2022 there. In the Arab Cup 2021, Al Bayt Stadium has been unveiled to the world and officially opens the first ever FIFA Arab Cup in Qatar.
In case you do not know, here are the list of the 2022 FIFA World Cup stadiums in Qatar.

At first, I thought that is going to be tough to manage all the crowd and other things since this is happening for the very first time in Qatar. However, I have went to two matches of the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 and I will tell you exactly what it takes to reach the stadium.
My Experience
For the first match, which was the quarter final that we went for in Al Bayt Stadium, we left before the game by 2 hours and arrived there before starting by 1 hour and 30 mins. However, due to the severe crowd in entering the parking area, it took us 35–45 minutes just to park the car.
From there, we had to walk like 15 minutes to reach to the stadium entrance where we need to show them that we are vaccinated. After that we just scan our tickets (either paper or in the mobile) to enter the stadiums, which led us to sit on our seats right on time.
Before officially entering, there is a security check that we need go through to ensure we didn’t bring any not allowed items to the stadium.
For the second match that is the semi final in Al Thumama Stadium, we left 3 hours before the game and arrived there exactly 2 hours before the match started. By arriving I meant sitting in the chairs before the game by 2 hours. This shows that going 3 hours earlier is safer to arrive on time without having to hurry up.
There are metros, but we always prefer a car to easily leave when the game ends. However, the facility of metro is very friendly and can easily transfer fans from stadium to another.
Long story short, Qatar is totally ready for the FIFA World Cup 2022, despite all of the huge number of visitors. Hopefully Qatar will be able to manage all of these and host the FIFA World Cup 2022 to make the best in the entire world. See you in 2022!
